Individuals will be able to receive cross-training through the learnership, enabling them to work on a retail outlet’s service desk and sales floor simultaneously. Working with clients and stock will be a key center region. To find success here, you should be focused on learning and finishing logbooks; be deemed competent as a cross-trained sales consultant and prepared for assessments.
Key Performance Areas:
Work a minimum of 120 hours
Learn and form knowledge
Prepare for Assessments
Assist customers to find their way around the store
Merchandising the store according to principals
Process payments and purchases made by customers on the POS system
Assist customers with opening new accounts
Preventing or controlling stock losses
Establishing relationships with customers
Ensuring the safety and security of customers
