All job training and skill development programs follow a common theme of being trainee-led, which is consistent with our policy of hiring people who are driven by a sense of purpose and who we believe will be a good fit for our organization. After being chosen, you will have the option of choosing rotations that are in line with your professional objectives.
This means that Nedbank will give you the freedom to investigate various bank departments that you might be interested in if you already know where you want to go. You won’t be the only trainee to take a different path through Nedbank, and there will never be any pressure on you.
Should your application be successful, you can satisfy various jobs across all groups in Nedbank. In general, your job will be to convince current and potential customers that Nedbank is their best option by providing an exceptional customer service experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Grade 12 National Senior Certificate
– Youth between 18-28 years old
– South African Citizens by birth
– No experience required
Diploma or Degree in the following fields:
– Information Technology
– Data analytics or data science
– Stem
-IT or Computer Science
